There are millions of websites and directories on internet where so called "Seach Engine Expert" is submitting his/her client's websites for increasing Page Rank. In addition, there are another million websites meant for link exchanges. Do these links really matter? Are "Experts" assuming that Search Engines don't know about widespread link exchanges?
